What is Women, Wisdom & Wine

Introducing a new conversation series designed for and dedicated to women and information... This provocative 9 session series offers busy women an opportunity to learn about and explore current and timely topics that should be of interest to women of all ages...

Women, Wisdom and Wine puts a local face on global topics you will benefit from the knowledge and experience of some of the best and brightest people throughout Minnesota.

Google can feed you information when you need facts and figures.  The Women, Wisdom and Wine discussion series will bring the information you crave to life and make it personal.

Program Overview

Today’s women are busier than ever.  Between work, family, exercise, community service and health, time for personal growth and development is virtually nonexistent.  However, in this age of readily accessible information, the more you know really does increase the desire to know more.

The Women, Wisdom, and Wine Series will help you learn about current issues.  Why hasn’t the U.S. pulled out of Afghanistan?  Why is heart disease more prevalent in women than men?  Am I fit enough to try an “adventure” vacation?  What is medical tourism?  Where should I invest my money and why? The list goes on and on.

Author Chris Crawley says in his book “Younger Next Year” that the two most important things a woman can do to age gracefully and not decay is to “stay connected to family, friends and community”, and “exercise like your life depends on it, because it does.”
